National and Regional Village Networks
The Village to Village Network (VtV): a national peer to peer network assisting communities to establish and manage aging in local organizations initiated and inspired by their members. Dupont Circle Village is a member of the VtV Network. In addition to the following, several other DC community Villages are in development.
Washington Area Villages Exchange (WAVE): is a regional forum through which nonprofit villages in the Washington DC area share experience and ideas. It works with senior serving and inter-generational organizations, and encourages the growth and improvement of the village movement within the Washington area.
