Paula Cole Jones is founder and president of ADORE, LLC. (A Dialogue on Race & Ethnicity). She is a management consultant with over 20 years of experience specializing in group facilitation, diversity and organizational development. She managed AmeriCorps and a national volunteer program for the Natural Resource Conservation Service and coached executive grantees for the Corporation for National Service and helped develop its national fellows program. She has designed and managed numerous programs in organizational and cultural change, as well as conducted leadership and facilitator trainings. She has led workshops and dialogues around the country and done work in conflict management. Paula’s particular area of expertise is in building multicultural organizations. She is editor of a collection of poetry published in 2011 about racial identity in the United States.
